(May 21, 2021) The Republican seminar-presentation “Organization and implementation of regional cultural brands” was held at the Republican Center of National Cultures. The directors of regional methodological centers of folk art, cultural workers, organizers, directors of regional festivals were present at the event. Helena Makarova (professor at Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts) and Tadeusz Struzhetsky (Chairman of the public association “Belarusian Culture Fund”) spoke at the seminar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The participants discussed the organization of festival activities and the definition of tasks for regional centers of folk art (the formation of new models for holding festivals, financing, mechanisms for interaction with management bodies, sponsors and media, the search for regional cultural brands and audience development).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The seminar also included a the presentation of the collection “Фестивали от А до Я”, published by the Center (2020) with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus. Pavel Bondarenko and Anna Rukhadze were event hosts (specialists of the State Institution “Palace of Culture in Molodechno”, the event hosts of the festivals in the Minsk region).
